Grass Livery is another choice that has become extremely popular in the past few years. At Gothersley we have a wide range of different sized paddocks, for those horses that live out all year round. The grass livery paddocks are set around the outside of the stable fields, but are still secure within Gothersley’s private land between the woodland trails and off road riding.
In some of the paddocks there are shelters you can rent off Gothersley and others you can buy off us, all the shelters that are at Gothersley Equine have planning permission on them. All of the Fields include water troughs. All the Fields have their own hard core track to drive to them.
Unlike the stable paddocks you stay in the same field all the time and treat it as your own. You do have to maintain the paddock and fencing yourself. But we do offer lots of services to help you out if needed. From Field sweeping to put new taps in for you. Spraying for weeds and delivery service for hay and haylage.
